So after the test today, I went to the library to find Kenegaraan text book for the upcoming test and some books for the sake of completing the lab reports. As I was browsing through the bookshelves to find Nutrition books, my eyes were suddenly caught on an old-red-covered big book entitled: " THE ULTIMATE ROSE BOOK" by Tommy Cairns.
That.... forced me to stop searching for Nutrition books, took out the big book instead, and opened it to have some quick flips.
Flip by flip.... and I realised that I couldn't get rid myself off from turning into every pages. The contents were not as dull as the cover. I was awed as I flipped through the pages. Everything seemed to mesmerize me. With roses of many many kinds:
Arnold, April Hammer, Pink Perpetue, Liselle, Arianna, Renae and many more!
Just name it, I bet everything is in there.
Now this is what we call: "Don't judge a book by its cover!" Yeah!
Of all the roses types, these caught my attention the most simply because they are.... white!
Whisper, Tineke, Crystalline
They are of ivory blooms, with shades of creamy peach-pale yellow at the bottom part of the petals.
Perfect! I had always love roses of white and pastel colour. Calm as the colour, pale but not weak. Oh, how I wish I could have them all...
