Now to those who are applying this course, you're most welcome to join us. Please be noted that this is counted as a new course after it is separated from BS Food Study. Now if you have the passion towards food, this field of study is a definite yes for you!
Basically, what we learn is all about food. It's quite similar with culinary, but with science basis. But please, please, please and please, open up your mind. Food doesn't centered around COOKING only. This is a wide field of study. You will learn how to produce food, the food nutrition, management of restaurant, marketing, various kind of service, halal state of food, food hygiene, food law, food chemistry and many many more!

Alhamdulillah, 2 semesters have taught me too much! so far, everything has been amazing and fun! =)
